In Moscow on July 20, the 8th business conference StartTrackDay "Under the air" for top managers, owners of companies and investors will be held on the site of the FRII City Hall.
The event will focus on the investment attractiveness of crypto-currencies and ICO-projects, the use of new financial instruments, as well as trends in the market of block-technologies. Within the framework of the conference there will be an interview with the owner of the Ecosystems Kolionovo farm, Michail Shlyapnikov, and an exclusive analytical review of the ICO market prepared by Andrey Varnavsky, the director of the blockchain-lab at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, will be presented.
The key point of the event will be a discussion of the technology of issuing and selling crypto-currency tokens to attract the investments in business - Initial Coin Offering (ICO). The following persons will take part in the discussion: Alexey Arkhipov, the director of Qiwi crypto-technologies; Elina Sidorenko, the professor of MGIMO and the head of the interdepartmental working group on assessing the risks of the circulation of the State Duma's crypto-currency; Dmitry Plushchevsky, the founder of the GoldMint block-platform and Denis Bulavin, the co-owner of the Russian electronics factory Hamster Robotics.
