The deficit of federal budget in Russia amounted to 1,393 trillion roubles, following the results of the first five months of 2016, as “Interfax” reports with a reference to the Treasury’s data.
Revenues were equal to 4.635 trillion roubles, expenses - to 6.039 trillion. As compared with the same period of last year, the difference between expenditures and revenues grew by almost a third.
The deficit of the consolidated budget of Russia amounted to 893.6 billion roubles in January-May. The revenues as of June 1 are executed in the amount of 10.21 trillion roubles, expenses - 11.1 trillion roubles. The budgets of the state extra-budgetary funds are executed with a surplus of 10.539 billion roubles with the revenues of 3.885 trillion roubles and expenditures of 3.875 trillion roubles.
The budgets of the Federation subjects were also executed with a surplus during the first five months. The Russian federal budget deficit amounted to 1.23 trillion roubles from January to April 2016. The budget for 2016 was adopted with a deficit of 2.36 trillion roubles (3 percent of GDP). It includes the average price of Urals oil at $ 50 per barrel.
The expected revenues of the Treasury at this cost of hydrocarbons amount to 13.74 trillion roubles, expenses – to 16.1 trillion. Due to the fall of oil prices the parameters of the budget may be revised.
