The international prize awarding ceremony of the Randstad Award-2017 awarded to the best employers of Russia was held in Moscow on March 30. This is stated in the press release of the organizers — Ancor Holding Company and Randstad Corporation. According to the terms of the contest, they had to choose the two most attractive companies — a Russian one and a foreign one.

The statuette of the Randstad Award was obtained by Gazprom Neft and Mercedez-Benz companies. “Gazprom” company, being the most attractive employer in Russia during the years 2014-2016, passed to the “Randstad Award Hall of Fame” this year.

The study ordered by Randstad also determined the most attractive employers in different industries of the market. In particular, the most attractive company among those competing in the agricultural sector was recognized “Rusagro”, in  the sector of household appliances — Samsung, in the Internet segment —“Yandex”, in the field of health care — “Abbott”, in logistics industry — “FM Logistic”, in machine-building sector — “Roskosmos”, in retail sales  — IKEA. According to this year’s study, the list of criteria for the choice of the best employer by Russians was topped by wages, company’s financial stability and career growth opportunities.
