Veon Creates Its Messenger
July 22, 2017 16:51

Veon Holding, which owns Beeline mobile operator, announced the launch of its own messenger. The messenger will work in Russia, Georgia, Pakistan and Ukraine and a bit later in Italy.

The service will allow users  making calls for free, send photos and videos, and exchange messages in group chat rooms. In addition, users will get  a personalized news line, music and video. The company will provide bonuses for using instant messengers – a gigabyte of traffic for each new user. The same amount is given for an invited friend. For a daily visit of the Veon service, another 100 megabytes of traffic are added.

Subscribers of the holding company will be able to use all the functions of the messenger even if there is no money on the account. Veon Holding (until March 2017, Vimpelcom Ltd.) is the sixth largest telecommunications company in the world, serving more than 220 million users in 18 countries.
