The Moscow Arbitration Court has attracted Russian-German enterprise, Siemens Gas Turbine Technology, as a co-defendant in the case of Siemens against Rostekh. The court granted a petition of the enterprise, which was originally claimed in the suit by one of the co-defendants.
Siemens Gas Turbine Technology is a joint venture of Siemens and Power Machines Group, a manufacturer of turbines, later supplied to the Crimea. On September 13, it became known that the "daughter" of Siemens filed a lawsuit against two same-name structures of Rostech, Tekhnopromexport JSC and LLC. However, the essence of the claims was not reported.
In July, the Siemens Corporation filed a lawsuit against Technopromexport, accusing the engineering daughter of Rostech of illegally supplying gas turbines to the Crimea. German company claims that in violation of contractual obligations four turbines were moved to the peninsula, which were delivered in summer 2016 for Taman Project. The Concern intends to get the equipment back to Taman and to prevent new supplies to the Crimea.
