The Central Bank for the first time published an estimate of volume and structure of transactions of Russian banks. Most often, for the withdrawal of money abroad in 2017, the operations were used to advance imports of goods - 23 billion rubles, or 24 percent of the total amount of withdrawal of funds abroad, as well as transfers for transactions on services - 21 billion rubles, as it is reported according to the regulator.
In addition, the capital was exported abroad through the transfers under the documents of the Federal Bailiff Service (19 billion rubles), transfers on securities transactions and imports of goods within the Customs Union (13 billion rubles each), as well as imports of goods using preferential conditions (3 billion rubles) and other schemes (4 billion rubles).
The main way of cashing in 2017 was the issuance of money from the accounts of individuals and payment card accounts - 152 billion rubles, or 47 percent of the total. A slightly smaller amount was transferred to cash by means of the issuance of legal cards - 135 billion rubles. 15 billion rubles were spent by the issuance of individual entrepreneurs and 24 billion rubles - by other schemes.
