The exhibition of photos made by the famous fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier during two years and constituting the book “Dior Couture. Patrick Demarchelier” is held at the "Manezh" Central Exhibition Hall from March 7 to April 3.

Russian culture was a source of inspiration for the House of Dior many times since the day of its foundation. In his youth Christian Dior was struck by the beauty of Russian Ballet of Diaghilev. Feeling passionate interest to architecture and constructivism, especially to the works of Rodchenko, 26-year-old Christian Dior came to Moscow.
