The 33rd Russian Antique Salon opened this Saturday at the Central House of the Artist in Moscow. Here is a brief teaser of what visitors can expect. Although the antiques export is not allowed, such event is a marvellous opportunity to find a gift for a Russia-based business partner.


Zerkalo is the international Film Festival named after Andrei Tarkovsky (1932-1986). It has been held in his native Ivanovo Region since 2007 annually. The participants include prominent directors and actors from Russia, the USA, Britain, France, Greece, Poland, Korea, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Iran, Iceland, Finland, Italy, Tajikistan, Georgia, and other countries. The VI-th Film Festival lasted from May 29 to June 3, 2012 in Plyos and Ivanovo (Ivanovo region).


The unique exhibition Fashion behind the Iron Curtain has been recently opened in the Russian capital and is now taking place at the State Museum-Reserve Tsaritsyno.We have already visited it and now invite you to undertake a virtual tour to the world of fashion of the last century. Have a look at elegant dresses, gloves and hats worn by famous Soviet personalities from 1920 to 1990.

"Moscow and Muscovites" photo exhibition took place on 3-18 September 2011 at Journalist Union "Photocenter". Photos of Old and New Moscow give an insight into how the life of the city and citizens has changed in the last two centuries.
