Are you a fan of bikes, outdoor activities and extreme entertainments? MotorArmy combines it all: motorcycles, gliders, cyber games, rock music and power exercises. The festival is held for the third time, and this year the list of stunning projects has been significantly expanded.
The festival program will kick off with the start of a motorcade from the Poklonnaya Hill. An orchestrated motorcade of 2000-3000 bikers will assemble on the Poklonnaya Hill, Moscow. The entrance for all the participants of the motorcycle riders’ parade is free.
Outdoor sites of the festival will become an arena for competitions in MotoGymkhana and drag racing, as well as test drives of cars, motorcycles, quadrocycles and electric vehicles.
At the demonstration performances of the CASCADE team, stunt riders, go-karters and athletes from the Power All-Around Federation, you are going to see breathtaking tricks. The exhibition Vehicles and Extreme will present original samples of extreme motor-, auto- and aircraft vehicles that are not going to leave anybody indifferent. Fans of motor vehicles will highly appreciate a custom show with dozens of designer and unique motorcycles and a collection of rare vehicles of the State Traffic Safety Museum.
The All-Russian Festival of Soviet Toys will add to the entertainment of the MotorArmy project. You will see the toys that were produced during the USSR – from foot powered toy cars to game consoles of the late 80's.
Visitors will take part in interactive entertainments with motor therapy, an equestrian show, hitting the qualifying standards of Ready for Labor and Defense program, cyber games and children's activities.
The list of the festival events includes:
- various contests organized by the Federation of Power All-Round with lifting weights, cars, etc.
-hitting the qualifying standards of the Ready for Labor and Defense program, as well as tug-of-war and arm wrestling arranged by the Russian Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society;
- car sharing test drive through the territory of the Park;
-a large children's program with the participation of Biker Baby and Motor Therapy, cyber games, interactive entertainments and competitions;
- Drug Racing contests.
In the Pavilion you will see the exhibition of sports cars, including Formula 1, Ferrari F430, Porsche Carrera 911 4S, BMW M3 tuning, and Shortcut. It is in the pavilion as well where you will find a motor-air show, a custom show, extreme vehicles, and business representatives (such as dealers, salons, representative offices).
In the Air:
- more than 20 small and sport aviation take-offs,  each with a show program;
- Helicopter from the Russian Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society will take passengers around Park "Patriot" and show it from a bird's-eye view.
How can a festival do without music? The motorcade will be greeted in Park "Patriot" at the territory of the Congress and Exhibition Center with a military orchestra.
The concert will feature Mamulky Band, Easy Dizzy (the official tribute band of AC/DC in Russia), VESPERSELLOS, and Rock on the Cello. The headliner will be the Pilot band.
The organizers of the festival are MotorMoscow and MotorArmy.
Where: The two-day festival will be held in the "Patriot" park near the town of Kubinka (57 kilometers away from Moscow along the Minsk highway).
When: May 19 from 10 am to 7 pm and May 20 from 10 am to 6 pm.
