Pancakes
Pancakes are certainly the main symbol and attribute of the Pancake Week. If you go to Tverskaya Square, they will teach you to cook fabulous pancakes according to the recipes written down by poet Alexander Pushkin in his all-favourite fairytales: pancakes with honey and halvah, with spelt and apples. Of course, the most pleasant moment will come when the delicacy is ready and you can enjoy it.
