On the 20th of April, 2013 the summer city festival «The best city on the Earth» started in Moscow. The festival provides more than a thousand and a half of events in all the districts of the Russian capital.

The largest in the world accumulation of the biggest Gesner wild tulips with various colouring are in Kalmykia at the shores of the huge salt lake Manych that reminds a real sea gulf. The Tulips Festival takes place in the Republic of Kalmykia from the 20th till the 30th of April.

The Festival "Our Animation" has been showing the best and the newest domestic cartoons for many years already. It provides an opportunity not only to see the interesting, bright, funny and sometimes dark and experimental animation works, but also to be aware of the changes - that is to see how animation develops, expands or contracts, if it becomes more cheerful or sad. Russia National Theatre Award, The Golden Mask, was established in 1993 by the Theatre Union of the Russian Federation and is given to the performances of all genres of theatre art: drama, opera, ballet, modern dance, operetta and musical, puppet theatre.
