May 30, 2018 20:11

The majestic fusion of music and painting in the entourage of an old 19th century mansion, the Shilov Art Gallery, will truly delight even the most experienced listeners! Throughout the summer it will be welcoming Moscow dwellers and visitors.
From the first day of summer 2018, a unique cycle of concerts of "light" classical music under the direction of the violinist Igor Malinovsky is going to start.

The MOSCOW RESIDENCE ORCHESTRA under the art guidance of the world-famous Russian-Austrian violinist and professor Igor Malinovsky presents to listeners a number of classical music concerts featuring young virtuoso musicians of Russia.

The founder of the orchestra and a violin virtuoso, Professor Igor Malinovsky fuses both the Russian and the Viennese tradition of violin playing. After training in Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg), and then in Vienna, he worked as an accompanist in the best orchestras of Munich, Berlin and Valencia. His rich experience served as the perfect foundation for his brilliant international career and work with young musicians. For five years, Igor Malinovsky has been successfully inspiring the audience with concerts at the royal residence of Dresden, Munich and Berlin.
The MOSCOW RESIDENCE ORCHESTRA will perform music masterpieces by outstanding composers, such as Borodin, Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, Rachmaninov, Vivaldi, etc. The concerts are decorated with enchanting classical vocals.
Concerts will be held in the old mansion of the Alexander Shilov Picture Gallery throughout the summer: from June 1 to August 25. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, masterpieces by Russian and foreign composers will imbue the exhibition hall of the gallery with a special atmosphere, or rather, the fascinating fusion of music and painting.
The Gala Concert program will present world masterpieces of classical music by different authors and of different eras. These sounds amidst the luxury of gallery paintings will ensure a complete immersion in the world of high art. The virtuoso musicians will charm you with inimitable arrangement and interpretation of the masterpieces by great Russian and foreign composers.
The time when the heat of a summer day gives way to evening coolness is the most suitable moment to enjoy a cozy atmosphere among the delightful paintings and captivating sounds of classical music. Enjoy this truly glamorous evening of virtuosic orchestra play!
