Champion Ice Musical The Scarlet Flower in Moscow

The magic story of fearless love, selfless kindness and true beauty - The Scarlet Flower written by Sergei Aksakov - will be performed on ice for the first time ever. 
The new ice show of the celebrated Russian figure skating champion Tatiana Navka fabulously combines the mastery of world-class skaters and state-of-the-art special effects, artistic solutions and amazing music. The Scarlet Flower, a champion ice show for adults and children, will be held at the Megasport Palace from December 25, 2018 to January 7, 2019.

The performance is based on the same-name fairy tale by Sergei Aksakov. The world premiere of the project will be held at the Megasport Palace in Moscow on December 25. The show features world stars of figure skating, including five-time US champion and two-time winner of the Four Continents championship in ice dancing Peter Chernyshev, European champions, doubles skating world champions Yuko Kawaguchi and Alexander Smirnov, two-time winner of the Winter Olympic Games and World and European Championships, Olympic champion Victor Petrenko, World and European Championships medalist Arthur Hill-Gachinsky, and many other famous figure skaters. During the ice show, they will perform the most complicated turns against the backdrop of scenery that amazes the imagination of even the most sophisticated spectators.

The Scarlet Flower is a unique stage production combining figure skating and music. The vocals are performed by the best voices of Russia, including Grigory Leps, Filipp Kirkorov, Ani Leps, Nikolay Baskov, Anita Tsoi, and other singers. The performance will give the audience a bright palette of emotions and highlight new facets of the old fairy tale. Special effects, the best music and  a totally epic set design will make every viewer feel like a direct participant in this amazing story.

Tatiana Navka is the Merited Master of Sports of Russia, three-time Russian champion (2003, 2004, and 2006), three-time European champion, two-time world champion (2004-2006), and an Olympic champion (2006) in ice dancing, paired with Roman Kostomarov.

Navka Show is a creative team that brings together the best of the best: world-class figure skaters, outstanding choreographers, talented composers, experts in set design and graphic design, marketing specialists and other professionals in their field.

In 2017, the ice musical “Ruslan and Lyudmila” premiered in Moscow. It was inspired and produced by Tatiana Navka, who performed the main female role. The project was a resounding success. By popular request of the audience, additional shows were arranged in Moscow after only a one month break. Nobody had done that before Tatiana Navka did. In 2018, the project took place in Sochi and Kazan.
