Foreign citizens are given education in all specialities taught in Moscow State University of Culture and Arts based on RF educational standards:

• economics and management in the fields of culture and arts
• film and photo activity
• journalism
• law in the field of culture
• library-informatics activity
• music performing
• orchestra conducting
• pedagogy and psychology
• public relations
• socio-cultural activity
• tourism management
• vocal art

After finishing the course graduates receive diplomas (in English).
Educational training is provided on contract basis or on federal budget funds in accordance with inter-governmental agreements.

International Faculty offers following education programs:

How to apply

The applicant should submit following documents:

• Visa registered at RF Embassy or Consulate according to Moscow State University of Culture and Arts letter of invitation signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation,
• Passport
• Secondary education certificate
• Health Insurance Policy
• Medical Certificate including AIDS test results
• 10 photos (3X4)

When to apply

Applications are accepted:
• Preparatory courses - April 20 - September 30;
• Higher professional education - June 1 - August 20(full-time); August 30 (distant learning);
• Post-graduate courses - June 1 - December 20;
• Russian language courses - all the year round

The International Faculty offers extra service in teaching Russian language for foreign citizens (from elementary to advanced levels) and organizes testing of Russian as a foreign language for those who need it for further education or for getting the Russian citizenship.

Dear Sir, With profound request I would like to inform you that I am Apurba Kanti Das from Bangladesh. I am going to study at this university as a post graduate student in "film making." According to my knowledge completing all the formalities, I have been admitted in this university for the next semester. But I have not got any invitation letter from this university yet, although to start my study on next semester, I have to be approved from "Russian embassy" by getting the visa. Therefore, I have to show the "invitation letter" at the embassy with other important documentary evidences. At present I am really tensed whether I have done any mistake under the rules and regulations of this university to be registered as a student here. I want to further mention that I have paid my fees for first semester as well as invitation letter with the insurance policy fees here. Now I would be grateful to you, if you send me the names of those students who have been admitted till now for the next semester for their post graduation specifically in "film direction" or "film making" and "Russian language course".
