1949—Russian historian Lev Gumilev (1912-92) is arrested on a charge of counterrevolutionary activity.
He is the son of poets Nikolai Gumilev and Anna Akhmatova. The creator of the teaching about the mankind and ethnic groups as biosocial categories; researches the bioenergetic dominant of ethnogenesis. Suffers reprisals in the 1930-50s.
