1796—Nikolay I, Russian Emperor (18251855), is born.

1480—elebration of Vladimirskaya Bozhiya Mater icon.
This icon is the most honoured and ancient Russian icon, the masterpiece of byzantine art.According to the church legend, it was painted by the evangelist Luke on the table desk,where Jesus,Maria Magdalena and Joseph were eating.This very day the celebration is held on the occasion of deliverance from Tatar and Mongol yoke.
