Czech student

An unforgettable experience

In my mind Russia is an extraordinary country. Hard winters are quite typical of it. In contrast to me, a Czech girl, Russian girls wear short skirts and jackets trying to keep up with the latest trends in fashion.

One of the toughest problems was offices, where a really big disorder reigned. Everywhere your eye stumbles on standing guards but the security has some disadvantages which arent spoken a lot about. The number of homeless people, beggars and stray dogs was surprising for me.

In spite of all these minuses I was enthusiastic about this country because the culture and mentality of people are really rare. I dont want to generalize the character of Russian people but I would describe my Russian friends as people who are plain-spoken, enthusiastic and with a special sense of humor. I got to know lots of good people there, Russians and representatives of other nations; thanks to them I have an unforgettable experience.
