Two explosions happened on the railroad on the November, 27 in the Tver Region at 9.50 p.m. The train of Nevskiy Express was blown up. The power of the first explosion was 7 kg TNT. The second explosion followed the first one: first was for the train, the second one for the rescue team. The second bomb was fixed in a few meters from the railway. The second explosion almost failed, and it was a great luck investigative group working at the scene. The second bomb was prepared especially for them.
