No more visas required for the Russians visiting Turkey and conversely for the Turks coming to Russia. An agreement for that was reached by governments of both countries already last year, but the date of coming it into the force has recently become known. It is April, 19.

Finland is gong on setting records in issuing visas to the Russian citizens. 95% of approximately 1 million Shengen visas issued by Finland 2010 were given to the Russians. Most of them come from St. Petersburg.
