Today, on the October, 21, the Moscow Duma is considering nomination of Sergey Sobyanin on the Moscow major's post. If most deputies vote, Sobyanin takes the post up, which was vacant since Yuri Luzhkov's resignation on the September, 28, 2010.
      
      Extraordinary session of Duma is taking place at the moment, since 12. 00. If Sobyanin is chosen by a secret vote, ceremony of his inauguration will take place at the same day, at 18.00 in the White Hall of Moscow City Hall.
      
      It is a reminder that Yuri Luzhkov was holding Moscow City Major's post for 18 years and was impeached with a wording that he'd lost president's confidence on the September, 28.
      
      What about Sergey Sobyanin, experts and mass media called him the best possible candidate.
      
      UPD. Sergey Sobyanyn's candidacy has been approved. Inauguration ceremony will take place in the Moscow City Council (Tverskaya, 13) at 18.00 as it was planned.
