Russian tour operators offer a New Year party on the shores of Baikal Lake. Although high winter season begins here in February, when the frosts aren’t so sever, there is much to see there in the New Year Night.
      
      Fireworks will flare up in the sky over Baikal on New Year's Eve. Ski lifts and winter sports centers will open already on the January, 1st afternoon.
