Illiterate Monument to Tsiolkovsky and Einstein Appear in Bryansk

Ceremony of opening of reconstructed pedestrian Gagarin Boulevard in the centre of Bryansk was clouded by discomfiture.
Inscriptions on the new sculptural composition dedicated to the illustrious world scientists and founders of astronautics had rough mistakes Albert Einstein was put as Einstaeen, whereas Konstantin Tsiolkovsky was renamed into Eduard.
The story turned out especially ugly also due to the fact that the populous opening ceremony of the Avenue of Cosmonauts on 5 November was attended not only by regional administration and local creative community, but also specially invited guests of honor - well-known space pilots, the heroes of Russia.
Governor of the Bryansk Region Nikolay Denin gave orders to punish the guilty persons and test the state civil and municipal employees regarding their knowledge of history of Russia and the Bryansk Region.
