      On Novemver, 16 Alexei published in the Internet some materials about huge embezzlment during the implementation of the Transneft ESPO project. According to Alexey this facts have been detected and hidden by the Accounting Chamber.
      
      The Chamber of Accounts doesn't share blogger's opinion. However, it is said that there were some serious violations during the implementation of ESPO.
      
      "If we are talking about any suppression of official documents and somebody reveals it, we should think about protecting the honor and dignity of our organization in court", - said Valery Goreglyad, the deputy chairman of the Accounting Chamber of Russia.
