A biotechnological park, consisting of several large enterprises and about a hundred small ones, will appear in the town of Koltsovo, located шт Novosibirsk Region, by 2015.
      
      The science town of Koltsovo has highly qualified professionals in the field of biotechnology, as well as necessary facilities for this kind of research. The government promises to open about 3000 new job positions.
      
      New biotechnological research hub requires about 8.2 billion rubles – such a heap of money may appear from private investors.
      
      Koltsovo, which has been built for employers of All-Soviet Institute of Molecular Biology, has obtained a science town status in 2003.
