Moscow court found guilty Oleg Sokolov, former traffic police officer, who took part in the organization of so-called "human shields" on the Moscow Ring Road.
      
      This story became known with an article, published in the Internet by a driver, who's car was used to block the road in order to catch a criminal. In March 2010, traffic police stopped several cars on the road section between Shchelkovsky and Yaroslavsky highway. A "human shield" was made to stop the car with the suspects, but the car rammed the "shield" and hide out.
