The first Russian equivalent for iPhone 4 will be released in March

Russian first phone, an equivalent for iPhone 4 has been announced by Vladimir Evtushenkov, head of Joint-Stock Financial Corporation Sistema.
      This phone will be released in March, 2011 and will be available for 11 thousand rubles. New device has a chip GPS/GLONASS, this feature differs it from iPhone 4. This product is a joint development of Sitronics company, filial of Sistema and Qualcomm and ZTE companies. Some more device series are also expected in 2011 year.
