Moscow court found the "Yukos" company implicated in the affair of double-entry bookkeeping. The company had to hide this fact from the shareholders, so they have been publishing the financial statements in English language only.
Yukos Oil Company was a petroleum Russian company which, until 2003, was controlled by Mikhail Khodorkovsky and a number of other prominent Russian businessmen. After Yukos was bankrupted, Khodorkovsky was convicted and sent to prison.
