Russian researchers have analyzed stocks and resources of various types of hydrocarbon fuel of Western Siberia.
Estimated production of dry and wet gas in northern regions of Western Siberia will reach 633.6 billion cubic meters in 2015, and grow to 692.3 billion cubic meters in 2020. Extraction volume of methane homologies, like ethane, propane and butane, is expected to reach 15 million tons in 2015, and increase up to 19 million tons in 2020-2030.
Researchers say that these figures are more what they want to reach, than what could be reached in reality. Estimations, however, do not consider gas hydrates and asphalt rocks.
