Russian politicians don't blame Lukashenko

Russian politicians are commenting Minsk metro blast happened yesterday night and killed and hurt more that 100 people (11 died, 186 hurt). They are inclined to tie it with terrorism and not with Lukashenko as sources suppose.

Gennady Gudkov, vice-leader of Spravedlivaya Rossiya faction in the State Duma doesn't close out that Minsk blast could be a splash of Russian terrorism, moved to Belarus' territory.

Gudkov has also commented version of Belarus government's involvement in this crime, very popular in blogosphere. The politician mentioned, that a terrorist attack in Belarus looks very strange and absurdly and warned against making far-reaching conclusions.

Igor Lebedev, leader of Liberal Democrats has called "absurd" a version about the blast could be inure to Lukashenko's benefit, having compared it with version that The Twin Towers were exploded by US president and Yeltsin organized terrorist attacks in Russia while he was a president. According to this politician, Minsk blast demonstrates, that terrorism is a global disaster regardless to country's position towards international problems.

Eleven people were killed and scores (about 100) injured in an explosion during the evening rush hour on Monday.

"I do not rule out that this [blast] was a gift from abroad," said Mr Lukashenko, linking it to an explosion in 2008 in which 50 people were hurt.
A police spokesman said Minsk had been placed on high alert, reports BBC.
