Watch What You Eat to Suffer Less from Poplar Fluff

Russian medics advise not eating carrots, celery and oats during springtime, when poplars are in bloom, in order to reduce allergy symptoms.
In spring, when many trees and herbs are in bloom, thus causing sneezing and coughing in allergy-prone people, medics suggest introducing food restrictions. Those, who have a long allergy story, should avoid eating fruits, celery and carrots. If an allergy on cereals were detected, one should stop eating oats and rice. Other restrictions include sweet soda drinks, bread and pastry, and desserts.
Poplar fluff doesnt cause allergy itself, but it carries pollen, which is a mighty allergen and leads to sneezing, coughing, skin irritation, lacrimation, etc. If you have these symptoms, go and see the doctor.
