Russia's first outlet store Outlet Village Belaya Dacha will be opened in November, 2011. The outlet mall will be located in Kotelniki, Moscow region.
      
       Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is a joint project of Hines and Belaya Dacha companies. The volume of investments is about 160 million dollars. Total area of the mall will be 38 thousand square meters, the store will house more than 200 tenants.
