How Will Organic Electronic Devices Look Like?

Scientists from Lebedev Institute of Physics (Russian academy of sciences) and International Laser Centre of Moscow State University are working on a small device, fed by a polymer solar battery.
      
      The device, which still has no name, consists of a microprocessor, a display, a keyboard and a power supply. The new thing in the device is a polymer solar battery, which looks like a thin film. After all work on this device finishes, it will also be made of polymers and become flexible.
      
      In future the unnamed device will transform into a smart card, able to make phone calls, perform calculations and do many other things.
