Transport police carries out an exchange action on May, 31: cigarettes are changer for candies in suburban trains. An action is coincided with World No Tobacco day.
      
       Policemen and cadets of military schools will make raids in railway stations and suburban trains and offer sweets in exchange for cigarettes to smokers detected. In addition to sweets smokers will be offered leaflets with information about administrative responsibility for smoking in the wrong places. Cars of suburban trains are actually such place, but traditionally the people smoke in enclosed platforms, because there are no smoking areas in trains. Action takes place at all 9 Moscow railway stations.
      
       An action takes place not only in Moscow, but in all central Russia as well.
