Russian Railways have opened online booking of tickets for high-speed trains running within Moscow Region and nearest areas. Among the tickets available online are ones from Moscow to Vladimir, Kaluga, Ryazan, Tula, Sergiev Posad, Dubna, Alexandrov and Orekhovo-Zuevo. It is awaited that online booking will be available soon on other routes and in other Russian Regions as well.
      
      The systen is the same like for the long-distance trains. But if you buy ticket for such train in booking offices, take into account that they can be bought in office of railway, corresponding with your route: Moscow-Ryazan - at Kazansky railway station, etc. It is very uncomfortable and time-taking because of long lines.
      
      E-tickets are available for Aeroexpress trains as well. The service is provided by low-cost air carrier of Sky Express.
