Moscow authorities are going to sell the most famous and glamorous National hotel in Teatralnaya Ploshchad.
The National hotel is a historic landmark in the heart of Russia's capital and one of its most famous hotels.
According to the resolution prepared by the Department of Property, 100% of shares will be included in the privatization list for 2011-2013. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, who replaced long-serving Yury Luzhkov, plans to get 54-72 million dollars to help to ease a 5 billion dollars budget deficit.
In addition, the ex-mayor Yuri Luzhkov's favorite farm Medinskaya agribusinesses will be also sold.
