Russian government promises to pay tuition and accommodation fees for 2000 students, admitted to best foreign universities. The offer starts in 2012.
All students, who will study abroad within this programme, are obliged to return to Russia after their training is over. If they fail to fulfill this requirement, the state will charge them tuition fees and forfeit penalty.
The programme will consist of two parts – MSc and PhD. Russian authorities plan to financially support up to 10 000 student per year. Amount of money, allocated for the programme, is unknown.
