The State Hermitage Museum included into Guest of St. Petersburg card
Line to State Hermitage

St. Petersburg has recently become the first Russian city issued a guest's card, which solves most of tourist's problems abroad. Now one of the main St. Petersburg museums, if not hte main one, the State Hermitage is included into it.

      Now the tourists having a card can avoid standing in long lines and use guide services as well as take photos.

      It has not been yet announced if the price of Guest of St. Petersburg card changes after including of Hermitage bonuses. At the moment, the card costs 1950 rubles.

      The card can be booked on official website or bought already in St. Petersburg. It is active for 7 days, and includes discounts for accommodation, taxi, cafes and restaurants and 2 freeguided excursions: St. Petersburg City tour and boat excursion.

      Among the museums providing discounts and bonuses for cardholders are Petropavlovskaya fortress, Isaakievsky Cathedral, Russian State Museum (including Stroganovsky and Marble palaces and Ingenerny castle), Church of the Savior on blood, Smolny cathedral, Pavlovsk museum in St. Petersburg suburb and others. Suburb residences of Tsarskoye Selo and Gatchina are going to join the program in the nearest time.
