Building of a Buddhist temple-monument in Victory Park on Poklonnaya Hill can start this year already. The decision on allocation of a ground about 1000 square meters large for the building of a Buddhist temple was taken in February, 2010.
      
      The ceremony of laying down the first stone of a Buddhist temple-monument can take place this year.
      
      The temple-monument will consist of three parts: the altar, public area and a museum, with stands dedicated to Buddhists and their feats.
