One more IPO is Planned

O1 Properties, Russian  investment and development company, owned by Boris Mints, plans an IPO in autumn, 2011.  

      According to Mints, it is planned to sell 40-45% of company's stock, the proceeds from the IPO funds will be spent on business development and new projects. The company may get $1.2-1.35 billion for the stock. 

      "By the the IPO, we'll close all the deals and try to finish most of our construction projects," said Boris Mints. 

      O1 Properties has a project portfolio of  420,000 square meters, including six business centers. By the fall of 2012, this portfolio may be worth at least $3 billion as the new projects will be finished.
