Space Graffiti to be Drawn in Chelyabinsk
Chelyabinsk

Chelyabinsk artists have decided to set a world record by drawing the world’s largest picture, with the area of 300 sq. meters.

The gigantic graffiti picture is expected to be visible even from the outer space. Upon a careful selection 15 teams have been admitted to participate in the action. They will make a 3D design of the fence of Chelyabinsk school ¹129.

The unique graffiti will hinge on the sports theme; the artists will bring together football, hockey, basketball, volleyball, handball, cross-countries, track and field athletics, gymnastics, figure skating and karate. Specially for the record painting the artists will get extra-durable and bright paints from Yekaterinburg.

The process of graffiti painting will start on June, 24th. The artists are expected to complete it within 20 hours.
