A large concrete guitar 3 meters high in honor of Russian rock star Victor Tsoy and his band KINO has appeared in Morskoye Settlement near Sudak in Crimea.
The monument stands in that very place, where the band was generated 30 years ago.
Back then future members of the cult rock band pitched a tent near the Morskoye Settlement to take a rest. However, they did not have much time for that: soon local rock fans took them to the local “Broadway”, and asked them to play. Victor Tsoy, Alexey Rybin and Oleg Valinsky played for four hours non-stop.
Thus, dwellers of Morskoye Settlement turned to be the first listeners of the band, which soon became famous as KINO.
