Abrau Durso company, Russia's largest producer of sparkling wines, owned by Boris Titov, buys vineyards and a winery in Gelendzhik from Russian businessman Alexander Ponomarenko. As a result, Titov will control a part of the land where a luxury hotel complex known as the "Palace of Putin" is situated.
Titov's SVL Group company will acquire 100% of "Lazurnaya yagoda" company, which owns 27 hectares of vineyards. "Lazurnaya yagoda" also rents the land where there is a winery and a chateaux for wine tasting are situated. In addition to these assets, the company also owns an elite sanatorium with an amphitheater, sports complex and three helicopter pads at the Cape Indokopas in Gelendzhik region of Krasnodar Krai.
