Archeological park Truvorovo Site will be created for the 1150th anniversary of Izborsk Town of the Pskov Region.
      
      The project is expected to provoke young tourists’ interest in history. In particular, there will be screenings of 3D films telling about the first capital of the Old Slavic state.
      
      The archaeological park will appear within the Truvorovo site of ancient settlement, and its area will make about 1 hectare. The project will include only the objects which have already been studied enough and have proper documentation; these are, for example, the fortifying stone and wooden walls around the ancient settlement, the tower basis, the assembly square, and a pagan rock.
      
      Park design sketches developed by archeologists and restorers, engineers and geologists, landscape specialists and botanists are ready.
