A real summer heat came to Russia last week and as the weather forecast reported, was brought with antycyclone from the west.

The air temperature is already seven degrees higher its average state, and what is more, it is going to get higher and higher. Russian top-heat regions are Lipezk,Tambov,Voronezh and other south-central areas, where the thermometer always shows 38-40 degrees above zero.

The strong heat will remain in the east and the north : Magadan,Irkutsk,Karelia. Rescuers of Chukotka have warned people about possible accidents , emergency situations and asked them to stay away from trips to the country.

However, people stay calm and don't panic : the present weather was predicted and it leaves no doubts that the last-year heat won't repeat.
