St. Petersburg to astonish with new sights this month


      
Today the best St. Petersburg’s graffitists have created new artistic pictures on boards in the streets of the city. The performance has been held to support street art, the most perspective branch of modern art.

      
The performance took place in Admiralteysky Passage near the Palace Square. Visitors and city dwellers could watch the process of creation. The art works will remain for public view till the end of summer.

      
The today’s performance was headed by the leading representatives of modern avant-garde Igor Yanovsky and Yeka Hasky, and artists-calligraphers Zhenya Pacer and Pasha Roof.  

      
This performance is timed to the first art forum St. Petersburg Graffiti 2011 which will be held in mid-August.
