The project leaders intend to build a large tour complex on the picturesque riverside of Polui. Its territory will be about 22 hectares.
Modern hotels, cottages, cafes, restaurants, concert hall, swimming-pool, entertainment center, and a helicopter landing will be located there.
One of the special features of the new Polar tourism center will be a Siberian traditional dwelling, a conic shelter made of branches placed on the North Pole line. This kind of dwelling called 'chum' is supposed to be the main place of interest.
