Firework Festival To Take Place In Kostroma

The festival has been one of the most spectacular and impressive city events for the last six years.


Best specialists come to Kostroma to demonstrate their last achievements in the field of pyrotechnical art. For the whole hour the sky above river Volga is lit up with millions of lights, and musical accompaniment adds a special colour.


The celebration starts at 22.00 p.m., more than six thousand volleys will be fired.


"Silver Boat" is considered to be in the list of the best pyrotechnical shows of Russia, which gathers every  year 300 thousand of people under the open sky. The festival is traditionally timed to the celebration of the City Day in Kostroma.
