Multifunctional complex is going to be located in the north-west of Moscow, on the territory of Tushino airfield, in front of the same name metro station. It will include amusement park as well.
      

The programme provides for the creation of church and monastery, memorial and park complexes, related to the history of Kulikov battle in old Simonovo. There will also be ecological and cultural park in Nizhnie Mnevniki (not far from the airfied)and exhibit centre on the territory of park of art "Muzeon". The last idea is the foundation of extreme sport complex in Novo-Peredelkino.
      

Several landscape parks are planned to be situated in the south of the city.
