The hotel opening will allow the company to fix their position at one of the main Russian tourist markets.

According to the corporation's data, the project of the building was worked out with the use of the most modern technologies and architectural decisions. The principal materials of decoration work will be steel and stained glass.The roof is going to be tiled. Nearly all construction materials - glass, tile, mortar sand, cement, steel-works are brought to the construction area.

There will be 176 rooms and 26 suits, lounge, restaurant, conference-hall, two bars and SPA with open swimming-pool. The complex will be situated in the centre of the city, in Ordzhonikidze street, and will be connected to the beach with the picturesque pedestrian alley. Thanks to the panoramic facade glazing, one will be able to have a great view of the sea.The construction has already started and its opening is planned for the end of 2013.
