" Ballet Stars Of the 21st Century" Will Open the Ballet Season in Russia

Kremlin Gala is going to be one of the brightest ballet events of Moscow. Its programme has no analogs and differs from the previous one. This year everything will be dedicated to the art of contemporary dance, its beauty and variety.


      

In the first part of the perfomance spectators will see the mastery of Canadian ballet company La La La Human Steps with the world premiere " Edward Lock's New Work". The perfomance reveals two mythological plots " Dido and Aeneas" and " Orpheus and Eurydice ". The viewer will be offered several variants of answers to the life questions. All the acts will be accompanied with the music of Henry Pursell and Christoph Gluck, famous for their musical works on the theme of Orpheus and Eurydice. Fantastic speed and split-hair accuracy of perfomance of the most complicated dance pas always evoke general admiration.


      

But the main event of the evening is going to be the perfomance of the world classical ballet star Diana Vishneva, playing a leading part . The diva of Mariinsky Theatre will assume an unusual role, proving that all dance styles are within her power.


      

In the second part of the gala-perfomance one will enjoy the most exciting numbers of contemporary dance masters. The membership is really star : Vladimir Malakhov , Diana Vishneva, Lucia Lacarra, Svetlana Lun'kina, Natalia Osipova, Ivan Vasiliev, the soloists of John Neumeier ballet company and many others.
